How does UT recruit a 5 star player?

If I were a 5 star recruit how would you sell UT to me? And dont say I can play immediately....I can go to Arkansas and do that.
With the current situation in Knoxville how do you sell a kid into that?
The best way is cash to a trusted uncle..at least thats what a UK booster told me once.

I know you said don't say you can play now. But I would say you could play now in front of a very enthuiastic crowd. Ut's past tradition of winning and I as hc are gong to bring back that tradition Ut has had in the past. I want you to be a part of it. We are in the rebuilding phase now. I know what type of talent it takes to make it to the next level, and have helped develop many players that are in the nfl now. I know what type of players it takes to be a national title contender. Others on my staff know what it takes to win nc. We are gong to build this at ut and would love to have you be a part in this rebuild.

If the player doesn't realize it you educate him that if you really want to be in the NFL and have that kind of talent where you go to school doesn't make that much of a difference. Tick off a list of players that went to small schools on NFL rosters. Then tick off a list of players than gradjuated from Bama and Clemson that are not on NFL rosters. Put that to bed first off.
Disagree, Talent and getting hurt don't always mix. If you're the most talented RB in the NCAA, but your O-line continually misses blocks, and the coaches don't correct their mistakes, the rest is obvious, this is just one example. In order for a really good young player to get to the next level, they need high quality coaching, and to be surrounded by good if not great players. How many times have you read (often on this board), "UT has Way more talent than GS, Way more" we just lost is all, but don't confuse our loss with a lack of talent"? I know I've read something like that many times, coaching/where you go to school makes a difference.
