I for one am not lucky enough to make the trip down to the ATL for the game but however plan on watching it in HD while enjoying several adult beverages, with my EB14 jersey on and my dog who I have trained to give high 5's and some of my closest friends as well.

I used to work for a company based out of Roanoke and all I heard about was VT this and Hokie that. At the company christmas party some people brought VT gifts to exchange but no UT stuff for the TN guys. SO I am ready to watch by beloved Vols deep fry those turkey bastards and earn some respect from the national media.

Sincerely

ETSU Vol

Grandmother passed away this morning. She loved watching UT football and went for 30 years with my now deceased grandfather.

We'll be at my parents house hanging out with mom making sure she's doing well.

You know, when stuff like this happens, it puts so much in perspective.

beavbullvol - sorry for your loss.

I will be hoping this game goes quickly as my wife (Sooner fan) committed us to a New Years Eve Party starting at 8:30 CST. Since her Sooners play early, she doesn't care too much about my game. Will be checking VolNation for updates on the game.

Kinda sucks that this game is on NYE. I have a 24 oz Guiness reserved for kickoff. I will crack that open and work towards becoming blacked out drunk as I will spend the rest of my night at an ultra liberal/freak bar/nightclub/danceclub.

Sorry about your loss BV. Try to remember the good times while watching what you can of the game...just remember her cheering on the Vols.

Take care of Mom, and yes, it's all about perspective.

You're gonna have to work on priorities in your household.
