Guys generally also don't eat a tableside-made Caesar salad for 2. I made sacrifices that night.

So did my wallet.

As for a southern delicacy salad, I love the Boss Hog salad from Pig-n-Whistle in Memphis. Wish I could find a picture. Imagine a salad where you can't see the salad because there's an entire layer of pulled pork on top.

I like a fresh garden salad. Lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, broccoli, some sort of meat (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc) with no/low fat Italian dressing and bacon bits. I'll add mushroom from time to time and occasionally add boiled egg as well. A lot of times the salad is the meal.

I enjoy a good chicken Caesar salad as well.
