I see a lot of OL experience on his resume. If he actually brings improved ability to the OL's production, that will be worth something. If his ego isn't the size of Texas, maybe he will allow himself to be trained in Jones' playbook and it will be a good partnership. If that all happens this will be a good thing, and I will vote for an 8-9 win season next year with better years ahead. While, no, I am not jumping up and down with anticipation over this potential hire, I will openly admit it potentially looks better on paper than what UT had last year.
