How 'bout Chavis at Michigan?

Who cares, really? Chavis can go to Timbuktu. Sure, he was a good defensive coach. Sure, I wish him the best ... but where he ends up is of no consequence to me. I only care about who's coaching Tennessee and how they're going to get us back to the top.

I Agree :eek:k:

Personally I would much rather see him go there than to any sec school. You all can say what you want about him but he did have a good tough defense pretty much every year he was at UT. I don't want to have to face his defense every year if he goes to another sec school. There are plenty of UGA fan's that would love him to be down there.

I don't really see Chavis coaching anywhere but the south. I believe that is one reason he never took and NFL job when offered.

never gonna happen...

RichRod prefers a 3-3-5 as his base defense. Does the Mustang work in that set? I guess with 5 DBs he would be able to guard the endzone better instead of the first down marker.

As long as RichRod keeps trying to force Michigan's personnel to try to play his system, whoever is the DC up there had better be working on their goal line defense after all the turnovers.
