Just wondering, what is done with autographs, say from an athlete that becomes all-pro? Other than conversation piece, is the signature worth any money? I too get autographs from famous people, when i come into contact with them, which isn't very often unfortunately. I did get Peytons autograph at Anderson University, his rookie yr with the Colts. Taller than what I thought, nicer then what expected. He stayed over to sign autograph/take pictures, all the time being directed/pulled by Colts staff.

Do you have kids ? My boys love to go up there and get the coaches and players autographs on the t-shirt from the Vol upgrade. I dont go up there for autographs to make money, its all about the memories.

Yeh...check out my av....my son.

If he were to ever get into em I'd go along with it.I've never wanted one myself.

When I was a kid I pulled a "sandlot" my dad had an autographed Lou Brock ball.. I took it out an played with it for a week or so before he realized it was gone. He wasn't to thrilled at the time.

"last year you could pick the upgrade package on friday across the street from ticket office."

I thought that wasnt an option last year like it was during Kiffin's stay.

Y'all are putting way too much thinking into this. Having a person sign their name because you're a fan of theirs, or respect what they do, is just a nice way of showing your support for them. Doesn't mean the autograph itself is valuable. The value is the opportunity for the fan to interact with the person, and the person receives something by giving it.
