Really Really bad. That is where I went to college. I went to one game and it reminded me of high school football. I left to go back to the dorms halfway through when the Vols game was about to come on.

Peay is Bad, but I hate playing all these spread teams. Wilcox was pissed tonight over some of our play.

Austin Peay is awful.

Starters were out at the half. UC played all 4 QBs and all 7 RBs. There was all of 3 pass attempts in the second half. It was essentially pick a random backup rb and let him do whatever for all of the second half and still managed 31 points. Of the 12 players with rushing yards, the player with the worst average per carry was Collaros with 5 ypc.

Peay really shouldn't have scored but the walkons on defense kind of blow.

Martin beat AP last year 28-12. They outgained AP by over 200 yds in that game.

TIFWIW. Austin Peay is picked to finish ninth in the OVC..NINTH..In the OVC..Does that tell you anything??..Saying they are bad gives legitimately bad teams a bad name...

I don't care if they were playing Heritage High School, 72 points still looks intimidating.
I won't say I'm worried about next week, I'm just excited to see what what we do against a good team. I think our passing game has a world of potential, especially if we can incorporate some TE participation. I have no problem with scoring a bunch of points through the air, and not through the running game. Wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit. Just get the W.
