It has been a bad year with our Football team losing to Kentucky, all the injuries, the basketball team losing to AP and Pat's sickness, but I still love my VOLS!!!

don't knock the guy for being a male nurse.

knock him for having to choose a profession in which he would be guaranteed to be around women since he would have no hope meeting any under other circumstances.

Actually, I should explain that. I was recently in the hospital, and the attending nurse had been a combat medic in Iraq. I felt like a real pussy in retrospect when I winced as he was putting in the IV line. So make fun of that profession if you want, but I would much rather be in the company of with men like that than with idiots like you. Since you probably are still in high school, you have no concept of what the real world is like, so I'll give you a bit of a pass. Come back when you grow up.

A better gig for meeting women would be to be a straight male flight attendant. Those guys do pretty well with the wimmin... The pay sux though.

None...she just confused me. I wasn't sure if Vollygirl was taking up for pediatric trauma nursing in general. Or, if she was saying that it was ok for a male to enter that field. Her phrasing just threw me off there. Please disregard whatever comments I may have said...

My GF is a nurse, and I will say there is absolutely nothing wrong with male nurses, but..... the stereotype of them being gay is correct 90% of the time.
