How about no more games this year ?

Am I the only Vol fan that was happy when I heard about the A&M game being cancelled ? As far as I am concerned- I hope they shut down the rest of the season thereby saving us some painful beat-downs from the likes of A&M, Florida and Auburn. This year has been a massive step backwards and the players play as if they dont really care who wins. We are getting worse with each game and these 20 plus point losses are not exactly fun to watch. The only game we figure to win is Vandy and even that is not a sure thing. Pruitt has proven ( to me at least) that he is not the man to get us back to relevance . End the suffering and embarrassment ; pull the plug on this Cluster ( u know what) of a year and pretend it never happened. Maybe by some miracle the coaches can instill some fight and pride in next-years team. STOP THE PAIN of this abysmal season.

We may not play any more games because of Covid. Covid will continue to explode as the Fall turns to Winter. Vaccine will likely not reduce infections until late Spring. We still do not know how long vaccine antibodies will last but we have a clue from the few people who have been reinfected with the virus within 4-6 months of their first infection.

Do you lay down and cry on the floor of your parents basement frequently?

I am a great-grandfather- saw Johnny Majors play in person. The frustration of watching these hapless teams does make me cry.

We've got a bunch of fans that have seemingly quit on this team. Those kids need something good to happen, hopefully they'll fight and grind for it next Saturday.

We all want something good to happen for these kids. We’ve wanted it for years.
