No. But losing puts more pressure on him to give the younger players more game time. If the entire season were cancelled today, I have no doubt that the same guys trot out next year.

Games aren't fun to watch anymore, looking at one more win this season and it would probably be a boost to our recruiting so yeah I'm all for it.

As tortured as I’ve been being a vol fan I still get crazy hyped for the games. Even when we’re down (which is most of the time). I have honest to god been hoping to see Bailey play all year. I knew exactly where we’d be with JG. We’ve seen it for 4 years now. He’s just so limited as a qb. I knew the year would fall apart and Pruitt would be forced to play someone else.
But what truly shocks me is that Pruitt made virtually zero effort to get Bailey ready. That’s almost shocking to type. Here I was hoping that he would win the job to start the season and Pruitt wasn’t even repping him. Man we have a horrible coach.

I hope we play the rest of the games but i wouldn‘t be too sad if we didn’t. Before the season started this year I rewatched the SC, Ky, Mizz, Vandy and Indiana games from last year over and over. It stinks to spend all year getting excited about vols football and then see us play like we have.

It’s really tough being a vol fan!
Win and hope recruiting stays solid , but knowing if that happens, the coach behind all the losing just gets more time to screw up the future

Dude......it seems like football season rolls around once every 4 years every off season. So idgad how bad we suck. I’d rather watch bad football than no football at all.

I’m going to, watching, listening on the radio or getting updates from my brother every time the Vols play football.

I get it if you don’t want to watch. The Vols need the experience. Play every game we can. Even at 2-8 I want to watch the bowl game too.

So the OP wants one additional month of the off-season, yes the same off-season that turns VN into crazy town with one bad thread after another. Got the OP figured out now.....he likes the pain.

We've got a bunch of fans that have seemingly quit on this team. Those kids need something good to happen, hopefully they'll fight and grind for it next Saturday.
