Wouldn't we have to hire a flatbed to get him here? The freight alone would be outrageous.

no way dude! we need someone who can actually look his players in the eye and say hit the weights and work on nutrition and not be hypocritical. we already had one for the last 17 years that was like do as i say not as i do

He could start a new tradition of rolling through the T.

The Pride would have to go through Down the Field five or six times for him to make the turn, compared to just two for CPF. But if Mangino misses the turn, it's going to get expensive when his momentum takes out the percussion section...

After a loss, to demonstrate his displeasure, Mangino eats the entire postgame buffet in front of the players, and then makes them clean up.

I hope everyone knows I started this thread as a joke and would never pull for Mangina to be our HC.

Haha - but seriously - if Mike Leach were to be our head coach - he'd be made fun of atleast as much as Fulmer and Mangino as well.

I can't agree more. I think this is almost as important as coaching abilities. I don't see how coaches like Mangino, Friedgen, etc. get by with their weight issues. They are good coaches who could excel (especially recruiting) further if they were more presentable.

Say what you will about Ron Zook, but he could recruit, had tenacity and could keep up with his own players in the weight room.
