The kid is absolutely killing it in juco as a corner for Coffeyville. It will be interesting to see who is willing to take him and his baggage. 6 ints in 4 games has many in the Kansas jucos saying he's the best DB since Reggie Nelson

In all honesty, it's not painful.....he came to play for Kiffy, would've left anyhow if not for the arrest. I'm glad he's doing good wherever he is now. Could we use him, sure, but he's gone......we'll be alright. :)

we need DBs and he would have been moved. Just sucks to know that he will be a great DB for some other team next year.

This amazes me. Kiffin is stronger on Nu'Keese than Fulmer would have been, yet Vols fans are still mad at Kiffin for the situation. It literally blows my mind.

He didn't come here to play for the Vols, he came to play for the Kiffin family.....i'm glad he's gone. I don't wish him bad, just don't want anyone here that doesnt want to be here. I'd take 11 Reveiz's before 1 Nu'Keese's! lol

You did watch him when he played here, right? His top end speed was very limited and while he was elusive, he wasn't the jitter bug you would expect from a 165 lb wide receiver. He was probably the worst punt returner I've ever seen at UT with his indecision. I got heartburn every time I saw him back to field a punt.

Why would we want someone in Knoxville that wouldn't want to be there. He's doing good in JUCO but that is JUCO not the SEC.

In regards to the OP, I would have to agree with others in the who cares category. It's not like we lost the guy due to grades or a transfer or something of that nature, the dude used a gun (real or fake makes no difference) to rob someone. It was a big mistake and I hope he learns from it as a person, but I would rather my team not be associated with someone that stupid.

Also, in regards to the Reggie Nelson comparison, as a Vol and Jaguars fan I would like to say F you Reggie Nelson.

Of course he is going to tear up JUCO players. Any highly sought after recruit with the talent to play at any big program will tear up the JUCO ranks. Example: Cam Newton. I would be more interested in how his punt returns are. Every time he got his hands on a punt return last year it was like he was trying to play for the first time.
