What next if Butch takes the job? Wait until we hire an AD?...and then get a coach around the end of January?..around the time of the dead period before NSD?

Houston is going to hire Lane Kiffin. Then they are going to fire him two years later after the university clinic sees a 900% increase in chlamydia and syphilis cases amongst 18-21 year old female coeds who have blonde hair and daddy issues.

You move on with your AD hire (Blackburn) and you get to work. Its not like Hart just walked without notice and this hit UT by surprise with either position.

Butch's stock is way down. This is Tuberville from Texas Tech to Cincy scenario. Maybe Houston would be more his scene. Good recruiter and not grabbing a huge job in two years. :dunno:

We would be handed a damn gift of Houston really wanted him we would go from owing him 10 million to being paid to take him off our hands! That is what I call an investment!
