NO! If he's flying around, him and Will got hookers and cocaine all over the place, with 10-12 big screens TV's all programmed to VolNation Football forum and laughing they asses off at us thinking we gone get Freeze or Briles.Possible he is flying around recruiting???
Truth
Do you really think that we are that savvy and coordinated that we:
1. Have an OC
2. Are just sitting on it for sh*ts and giggs
3. Aren't worried about how it looks to recruits
No, the admin and AD are ****ing it up like they always do. Just sit back and wait for your disappointment like a good consumer of orange and white BS.
Had to put in his 2 weeks notice I guessOr, maybe there's agreement between UT and new coach to keep a lid on it until such time they can announce their intention to leave to their current employer. That is very customary, and professional, when a coaches season is not over, and an ill times announcement could be damaging. That's why they don't have high school kids making these decisions, or spend any thought on consulting all of us throughout the process. Approximately 99.9% of the posters in these threads have no clue about vision, direction, culture, staff relationships, etc.
So you think pruitt is Currie? Classic BVS.Just remember this past off-season coaching search:
We were told we would spend big to get a great coach. For weeks, no one heard anything. Rumors ran wild on VN. I wonder who it could be? Our insiders said Gruden was all but a done deal.
Then, we find out that it had been so quiet for a couple weeks because Currie was only interested in hiring his buddy Schiano.
Keep that in mind right now. We are hearing about interviews going on. Sounds like Pruitt is getting shot down by big targets. I doubt he has already hired an OC. Of course, that's just my opinion.
Add wine selection a draperies and you got it nailed.Or, maybe there's agreement between UT and new coach to keep a lid on it until such time they can announce their intention to leave to their current employer. Yeah I think WAY to much is being made over the OC hire as far as recruits go. Maybe one or two have a decisional interest in this hire but I don't think its a game changer for most recruits. I think it matters more the relationship they have with the HC mostly. Now that is just an opinion out of my onion head so TIFWIWHarrison Bailey disagrees. Though not official it seems Eric Gray probably disagrees as well.
eh, there'll be a new flavor of the week name to pop up that everyone will clamor for....CJP has his guy already and just sitting on the info, probably part of the agreement with whoever it is. Now whether VN will like it or not is yet to be determined.
I believe that would be incorrect according to the RF. He did visit USCe but UT still reported to be the favorite. And talk that he doesn’t take his visit to aTm and winds up in Knoxville. But who knows since we are in full meltdown mode on VN now, so it’s probably not true.Last I saw Eric Gray is a USCe lean now?
Right... Do whatever Kiffin says or else.Pruitt has to be at least smart enough to know this OC hire is going to have everything to do
with his success or failure at Tennessee and will determine how long OR SHORT of a time
he will be here.
he has talked with Kiffin about this probably more than once and its more than likely Kiffin has
been lobbying him hard to hire Briles.
if Pruitt ignores that advice, he will make a huge mistake.
