Y’all realize you are going after the wrong person in all this, right? JG is not playing well, I think (or would hope) even he would admit this.

But what’s the dude supposed to do? Not play? He turns the ball over multiple times in the Georgia and KY games and what he hears from the coaches is “You’re still our starter Jarrett”, so is he supposed to say “No thank you, I don’t want to be your starter”?

Quit attacking JG. If you need to relentlessly bash someone, it doesn’t need to be him. He’s just on the field playing when he’s told to play. How much time he spends on the field when he’s not playing well is the coaching staff’s call, not his.

It's stunning how quickly this entire conversation shot right past you.

Somebody's gonna intercept someone before the night is through.
Our Quarterback's gonna come undone; there's nothin' we can do
Everybody wants touchdowns boy, if it takes all night
Everybody wants Chaney to take a little chance, make it come out right
There's gonna be a blowout tonight, a blowout tonight I know
There's gonna be a blowout tonight, a blowout tonight I know
Lord, I know.

Great! But it' s still sorta sad we all pick on a guy who ain't got it. Hate bashing the kid who for several years had no OL and got sacked countless times, broke his hand, threw Int's everywhere, fumbles, can't hit open WR's, and the list goes on. Shoulda transferred last year. But, he has to read all this crap. His spirit is gone, as is ours and the teams as long as he starts. It's way past time for the backups. Wait till next year (the old vandy quote). Probable time for a new Qb Coach too!

It's hysterical how K-Town changed his tune on JG. @k-town_king Why did you stop posting cherry picked stats on your boy wonder? You used to use those religiously to support your ridiculous, trolling arguments that JG was an upper tier QB. Now you simply resort to "He's the best we got" which is solely an opinion and has no factual basis since we have no meaningful sample size on the other QBs on the roster. That's like me saying he's the best that's played more than 10 snaps this year.

It's ok to admit you were wrong. You might even garner a little respect. Might.

There are 294 high schools with football teams in Tennessee. That's 294 quarterbacks who would love to have the opportunities that JG has had the past few years. He is a very lucky guy. It is time now for him to finish school, get a job, get married and create a house full of little JGs running around the house.

Well said.

And between them they still wouldn't sh*t the bed on Saturdays as much as their dad does.

When I played baseball, a player like JG would be looked at like a pitcher with very little control
Effective when on target, but, unfortunately he is off more than on
