The reafs sucked. Bray got hit after a play was over-no penalty. False starts and illegal formations were called too muchUf did have a bunch of PI but some of those were not PI. One of the PI calls on us was wrong as they said we pushed a guy down on a 40 yard completion. Late hits on us that should have not been called. Personal fouls on us when it should have been offsetting or no calls. The entire game was just wrong.

I though the PI's was called correctly. FL was holding and grapping the receivers all day. That something that Muschamp got alway with in the Big 12, but the SEC is a different deal. He better adjust.

I felt like they were getting away with a lot of holding also. The no-call on the Bray-hit was because the play hadn't been whistled. I thought the PI calls were worth calling. It was much better officiated than a lot of our other games with Florida, ala GaffneyGate and the 2006 Mapu-Leak roughing the passer call

Maybe one of the PI calls each way were ticky tack, and that illegal wedge call on us was a little weak, but other than that I think it was Ok.

There was a seriously blown holding call on the Rainey 83 yard td, but it is, what it is.
Gators were undressing our recievers most of the day as well.

My biggest complaint is the no call on the retaliation

That and Austin Johnson's supposed PI call. Gotta agree with the OP - multiple bad calls for both teams. I'm sure Dooley will be sending a book to the SEC after reviewing this game.

My biggest issue was the 6 reviews, all of which if overturned would have been to UF's advantage, without a single overturn. That destroyed the tempo of the game.

I take it, volingatorland, that you mean several of the reviews should have overturned the on field call?

And would the OP post the rushing and passing stats for both teams and then re-post his before the game post on how UT would win because the gators lacked balance? That post should go down in FB chatroom history.

I've seen a lot worse officiating then that game unfortunately.
The way they kept calling Florida for defensive holding, they get my kudos.

I noticed this as well. The non calls for the retaliation and the hit on Bray were both way too obvious. I ask this...if there were no whistle then how did Bray know to stop the play??? He had to hear something to make him stop.

Same. Didn't cost or win the game for anybody. And the wedge was ticky tack but correct nonetheless.

The PI on the long catch wasn't a PI penalty on Tenn. It was a penalty for running out of bounds and then being the first to touch/catch the ball. Same as what demps was called for. No penalty yards, only a loss of down. It could've been called for offensive PI as well though.
