That seems about right. I would have guessed 50,000. Upper level on the NU side was 3/4 empty.

If OP was there for the concessions, it was a bad experience.

If OP was there for the football game, I don't know how it could be a bad experience.

You do realize they've hosted 2 Super Bowls in that stadium. For Super Bowls and, most likely, the NC game they'll bring a 2nd level of seats in on each endzone upping the capacity to about 80K. They'll be ready, I promise.

I have check into the Terrace but could not justify the money for seat space...and they sold out of Terrace.

They ran out of that before half time started. Was in line all of half-time and most of 3rd quarter before I made it to the front of the line and was told, "You Tennessee fans brought too many people. We weren't expecting this many fans."

No straws either...

Anyone else get a straw? I asked if they had a spit ball problem in the stadium. My biggest issue was security at each gate were different in what they let in. I gave the security at C my sons football that I just paid for outside the gate...only to buy another one inside the stadium. Dumb, but I'm not complaining. I love bowl games and winning more than the $17 wasted dollars on that little football.

We were on the Vol side, upper deck. Lot's of disappointed people. Living in Tampa, I hoped RJS would represent us better. But winning makes everything OK. :)

I have a feeling they were low on supplies because this was the last game of the season for them. It's not like they had to keep stock in for a Bucs home playoff game.

i had no issues at all everything was great! had a great time definitely worth the 11 hr drive to see my boys whip northwestern!

And I was complaining about the long lines to get $9 weak drinks in club! It was really warm in the sun that day. Needed to stay hydrated. No water/ice would have been terrible.

Outback was not prepared for the amount of Tennessee fans that would show up! Also it was the last event held in RJS as the Bucs last game was on the road...so I'm guessing the stadium manager didn't want to order too much stuff

Then he is an idiot. It is an entertainment venue. Customer service is one of the most critical aspects of entertainment.
