Hornets up 2-nil so far. I may be pulling this out of my hindside, but I remember Greg Anthony saying earlier this week (On First and Ten, I believe) that Chris Paul is the second most talented point guard he's ever seen, next to Magic Johnson.

Well, CP3 is having his way with an otherwise great, great defense.

CP3 to Robert Horry: "CAN I DANCE WITH YOUR DATE?!"

He also predicted the Spurs in 6, along with just about everybody at ESPN.

CP3 for MVP

My money's on the Spurs tonight. I think CP# may struggle in his first road game at SA, but then come out firing in game 5 and then take the series in 6.

It looked very "chippy" last night. Spurs showed their experience in the second half. The first was the CP3 show. Both teams looked about ready to scrap it up throughout the game.

Just amazed that posts about this series got put up in the other thread.

Some people need to pay attention.

And that "chippiness" definitely looked to be more on the faces of the Hornets than the Spurs. If San Antonio wins at home again, the Spurs win the series.

I've heard of "activities directors" on cruise ships. Are you the "posting director" for the board? Lighten up and realize folks will post where they feel like.....

Call it OCD. Call it being a pain in the a**. Or maybe call it posting stuff where it belongs. I'd rather not sift through a bunch of garbage (and probably crap-talk) to get to the NBA discussions I want to read. It makes it a whole lot easier for everybody.

Pivotal game tomorrow night. What does everybody think? Spurs will even it back up?

The Hornets win a close one and send it back to NO. Spurs take game 5 then NO finishes them off in game 6

Looks like the Spurs have realized they are gonna have to expend maximum effort to beat the Hornies. Previous games they looked like they just had to show up and be given the win.

The Hornets squandered an excellent opportunity. If they could have split with the Spurs they'd be waiting on the Lakers right now.

Yeah but do you really think they're gonna lose to the Jazz?

Unusual for them, for sure. The pressure is def. on the Hornets now, though.

Duncan has been awful by his own standards in this series. Bank shot isn't dropping and he's not the defensive paint force he has been in the past.
