HoopNotes now takes to ground until it's football brother...TheNotes picks up in August.

This painfully slow period when so little news comes out of Big Orange Country is tough on an information addict, but I shall..."endeavor to perservere"...

To all who have tuned in to HoopNotes these past few months, thank you for your responses. The information offered is, of course, available elsewhere at the click of a mouse. Truth be told, TheNotes are little more than an attempt to throw some objective reading material in between my own musings for the day. Still, I enjoyed it.

A new Volunteer year awaits an eager VolNation.
Youth needs this time to prepare for the battles to come in the Fall. I know this, but even now I'm ready for Football Time In Tennesse.

Along with you, I wait...

As everyone says, thanks a lot for putting this together. When I pull up the Nation and see there's a new Notes thread, it's always the first thing I read.

You've done an excellent job with these and I've enjoyed reading them. Just think, you didn't even think there would be enough info for HoopNotes at the start of the season. :thumbsup:

Thanks a lot, OWH! You really put together a lot of great information every time you wrote one of these. Your insights were often more telling than the ones in the articles. If you haven't already been published, you should try your hand at it.

Allow me to add my kudos to those of the others.

You know, though, some would say you could still report on women's bb. I'm not one of them, but there's got to be one.
