Actually two questions: 1.) Should Swain let hooker vampire his app for his show and number 2.) Do you even listen to Hooker's show? (I'll hang up and read your opinions on the matter.)

Hooker is only marginally less awful than Wes Rucker....and that ain't good.

I personally do not listen to his show because I only really listen on my way to work. The few times I did listen I thought it was ok. I am sure for the right $$ Jayson will let him stream on the app lol.

Let him get his own app....no need for the stink of suckitude to taint Swain's.

Swains app is fine and I am glad someone from TSR kept a show going. Erik wanted to but has other vastly more lucrative opportunities. Thing is right now Jayson is scraping to make a go of it and the $$ from streaming Hookers show could go a long way toward keeping him on the air imo.

I just still can't believe that I endured Ainge's show all off-season and right when the season starts TSR goes off the air. I really liked Ainge's show during the season, when he actually had football things to talk about. He was very informative in that regard but I could see how people would get tired of all of the antics (especially in the offseason when there wasn't much better to talk about). Anyone know what his plans are?

As for Hooker, that is usually when I would turn the radio off and actually get some work done lol

I liked his show and would like to hear it on the app. Love Swain, but I like to hear a reporter's perspective sometimes.

I totally agree. First off, could never understand why JayBay brought him into the fold and his show is terrible. He tries to stir the pot with his outside the lines views to get caller feedback but it turns me off.

Dave may be a good guy IRL but I find listening to him to be intolerable.

Think about it, 4 hours a day 5 days a week in the offseason....the antics were what kept people listening. At least that is true for me but I am a little biased lol. We sponsored his show and still sponsor his appearances on Swains new show.

I agree again. I was hoping to get a podcast re-route when I clicked on play for the app and then I hear Dave.

Would love if Dave just drank his big orange Margaretta's and saved the listeners from having to listen to his deluge of how bad things are. But that's just me, which factors into why I asked the question.

I can't and won't get into specifics, but there is a less than zero chance that ever happens.

Sales. He has a couple offers not sure which one he will take but both are great regional positions with salaries that far exceed what he made on the show. In the meanwhile he is enjoying sleeping in during the week for the first time in a long time.

I enjoy Dave's show, although I do think he was funnier on 990 for some reason. He certainly pitches his locations early & often. Feel like I can run down the entire menu from the Rocks Tavern. He could be headed down the road blazed by Basilio, by doing his entire show in between scarfing down his lunch. "Oh, sorry, thought we lost you", when really he was just fighting a huge bite down his gullet.

I'm stuck in Dallas TX so TSR going off really sucked for me. I really liked Ainge talking football, Hooker had to grow on me a little. Swain is solid but my fav was Treece. Anyone know what he is doing?

Hooker has been at this for over 15 years, and he many connections in Knoxville, the SEC and across the nation, he's well respected. He has expert guest on his show that are well respected that I really enjoy listening too. His show is well organized and well planned out. I really enjoy it.
