I actually think it's been a very revealing and entertaining thread. A huge portion of it totally outside the rules of the board, but still revealing and entertaining.

Ok i have looked through 20 pages of people bashing this Sburb guy. And to be honest I think all you people are hypocrites. If florida or bama would have signed this kid, each and everyone of u clowns would be raising hell. Talking about how classless urban and saban were for doing so. So what dont ya'll just let Sburb have the right to his opinion, because God knows we are forced to hear your horrible ones all too often. I mean to say a guy shouldnt be a vol fan anymore because he doesnt support this decision. Gimme a damn break guys!

maybe we need to look back in history and see how you and ala. treated the black people back then.i guess we,and the rest of the country should hold that against you and keep prosecuting you all the time.:crazy:

You've obviously never read one the about 300 similar threads on here in which I have universally defended a kid's ability to get a second chance. That's another of the big problems around here. People spouting off about something they know zip about. There should be a rule: If you make a patently inaccurate blanket statement about what "all of you guys" would do, you're immediately banned for life.

Using your argument about his only being 13, had the girl been irrevocably damaged and unable to have children, would it still be ok for him to have this "2nd chance"?

How about if she had been disfigured or relegated to having psychiatric problems the rest of her life... would it still be ok then?

How about if they had suffocated her in their attempt to keep her quiet? After all, just kids, was just a prank gone wrong.... right?
