Its 1 game. We have a TON of soph/fresh playing in their first game in the swamp. Lost our best offensive weapon.

Yeah, I really really want to beat the gators, but the season is far from over and I still believe our future, both this season and down the road, is bright.

Quit overreacting and accept that we got outplayed (to this point) for one game. Plenty of teams still on the schedule we can beat.

I respect that. I am too. But people are losing sight of the big picture. Florida is a very very good football team. Move on, get better, learn from your mistakes, beat the crap out of GA, USCjr, and Arky. And hopefully get revenge on LSU.

people are just having to re-adjust that we're not the 9 to 10 win team that for some reason beating montana and cincinnati made many start to think

Future is bright every year man. I can't keep believing in this without any results to back it up. We're probably going to go 6-6 or 7-5. It's fine I guess, I don't think we're as bad as some people believe but man it stings. Every year we think we're going to start seeing progress and I just don't see how this performance is much better than anything Fulmer or Kiffin gave us. We need some stability though so Dooley is going to be here for a few years but barring a turnaround somewhere I don't see this relationship going much further than that. I don't expect national titles, I just want us to at least be competitive with Florida or Alabama on average.

If we play like today, you can bet we won't go 7-5.

We've used up our excuses. Playing like we did today is on nobody but this year's team and this year's coaches. Those other guys have been gone 2-3 years, and we need to own up to the fact that we're not very good and we need to get better. I honestly thought we were MUCH further along. We shocked the world, all right.

good game without hunter but 17 points down with 7 min left i doubt he makes that big of difference

still good game had worried till the 4th quarter

next yr will be much tougher hope hunter isnt out for too long

Very rational post. Relentless pursuit of continuous improvement is our mantra; one game at a time.

I was very upset earlier, but found that drinking Jack Daniels has vastly improved my perception of the game :thumbsup:

Some idiots in other threads saying he's not getting it done in recruiting and give him till NSD to improve and if he don't let him go. You can't take em serious tho
