That's what I'm saying. It's a big problem now, but it should have big a problem when it came after every lost this season. Why do you choose now to rip a player? You could go through every post game interview after a lost this season and hear a player repeat the same statement. When they say, we didn't take so and so serious, I don't think it's literal. I just think they mean they gave half assed effort on both ends. The thing that gets me was Holly looking shocked when the reporter repeated the statement, but not when it came out of Jordan mouth when she was sitting at the same table.

In sports, it's SUPPOSED to be the head coach sitting in front of the cameras taking responsibility for the loss, not the players trying to take the heat off the coach by making obviously ridiculous statements.

This is the best post I have read. I think the only thing Holly has done successfully and consistently for the last four years is throw her players under the bus and destroy their confidence in themselves. Whenever she manages to say something positive about a player she always adds the insulting disclaimer, "we need to see that out of her all the time". She has never once taken any responsibility for the inconsistency, the poor recruiting, the complete failure to correct mistakes, or the total failure to develop and correctly utilize players' strengths and talents. It does not surprise me at all that the players often seem unmotivated. And it will not surprise me if DeShields, Russell and Nared do not return. The Lady Vols basketball program will continue to deteriorate until the head coach either takes responsibility and makes some serious changes or is she is replaced. To let it continue on the current path would be a travesty.

Fact, Holly is just as clueless as Reynolds. So in essence you have the clueless trying to coach the clueless. Warlick apologist are clueless as well. They will cluelessly support Warlick until the program goes up in smoke and TBA averages 100 people in attendance at each home game and then throw all the players under the bus. All the time they will say stupid crap, like "I hope Holly stays forever." Holly is the worse kind of clueless because she actually think she can coach. PATHETIC!!!!!!:crazy:

So those who chose to support the team even though they have shortcomings and not post childish rants are the real problem? They are clueless because they decide to keep their disappointment inside and not act out like little children that don't get what they want? I don't share what I think online but that does not make me clueless. Some of you nega vols need to grow up and realize that life does not always give you what you think you deserve. There is only one thing you can do to get over this and that is to leave this forum and stop being a fan otherwise, all this rancid complaining accomplishes nothing except to prolong the hell you have created for yourself.

The way I think about Holly is that the AD should tell her anything less than the final four next season and your not the coach anymore. That may be tough if Russell and Diamond leaves but considering what she has done the last two season an appropriate ultimatum.

The Arkansas coach did a great thing he unselfishly step down as the head coach stating he loved his University enough to know he didn't win enough and that someone else could probably do better. Your turn Holly...

Does anyone know what really happened there? Did the AD ask for his resignation? Was he allowed to resign quietly instead of getting fired so he could go elsewhere? Was he offered a package to leave voluntarily to avoid litigation? No one knows the whole story but the coach and the AD. We only know how the school is spinning this.

To be honest, Dykes shouldn't have been hired in the first place. There was more qualified people with head coaching experience available for the job. The AD wanted to make a splash hire and chose him because of his affiliation with the school. It was better for the school and him that he resign then be fired for both to save face.

This statement continues to baffle me. Would you rather hear "I don't know" and criticize her for not getting in their face. Or when she does say something she is throwing them under the bus? IJA??
