If they could play right away, I would agree. But they have to sit out a year, which takes away two spots you could use on top players in the loaded 2017 class.

I think it's a very rare circumstance that you take a transfer (i.e. DDS) because the vast majority do not pan out well at their new schools.

Good players and she needs to inquire if she doesn't think she has a bunch of the 2017 players in the bag. I'd rather have KK, Dodson, Hayes, and Harrison if were in good and maybe one more like Westbrook.

You never pass up on a player like stevens for high school athletes who haven't proved anything on the college level. Stevens averaged 18 pts & 9 rebounds this season.

We need to go after Stevens with all we have she is 6'6" and can play inside the paint and out on the perimeter. She would be like having Candace Parker all over again and having her in a lineup with both Diamond and Russell during their senior seasons would be scary!

I would be surprised to see her giving up a Duke degree to attend a mediocre academic school. My guess would be Cal-Berkeley or Stanford.

Yep...........still waiting on all these transfers that are "supposedly" going to happen with our girls, according to a lot of people here.

After the Final Four is over, we will hear about a lot of transfers from schools across the country. I am surprised these Duke student athletes didn't wait until the season was over for everyone. It's a bit like starting to eat before everyone at the table has been served.

I would like to see Stevens in an LV uniform but I think that is wishful thinking. I think Holly might be a "little" better than McCallie but not much. I think the lack of reaching our goal with 7 five stars hurts us a lot when it comes to transfers considering Tennessee. If I had the talent of Stevens, I would certainly be looking for a school and coach that has a legit chance of reaching a final four especially if I sat out a year. I think we have the personnel but Holly does not give me a lot of hope.
