To be honest, this has been mentioned by more than one of the "experts" outside of this board. It completely relies on how well he can actually throw the ball. If he is not accurate, then he has the speed to be elite as a WR. They actually sent Jim Chaney on the final visit that flipped Holiday to show how he could be used as a QB in our system according to Brent Hubbs yesterday.
