I'm glad they are doing the renovations. For as great as the spectacle is inside, the stadium is not very aesthetically pleasing from the outside and resembles a dungeon in some places.

Anyone got a link to what the renovations should look like when complete?

Weird to look at the picture from the mid-sixties and think that my father LIVED in the stadium during that time. They used it as a freshman dorm back then.

i find myself more facsinated (sp?) with the history of the stadium than i do with the history of the team.

although, are there books out about Tennessee football history? recomendations?

yeah but it needed upgrading. i dont know what the final product will look like bust those exposed beams need to be made more appealing.
