Its amazing how this rumor has been carried via social media with zero sources. The only source for anything was an ole miss fan blog stating that there was something in Norvell's background that concerned the ole miss administration (no source of course, nor did it even specify what the issue was). I'm sure it's pure coincidence that Norvell had just politely told them he wasn't interested in the Ole Miss job.
From this one sentence written on an ole miss blog others on message boards have guessed that Norvell has a womanizing and/or gambling problem and now it's almost cited as fact.
I would rather have Tee but I would take him. Tee is a better recruiter and is more familiar with big-time college ball. The only advantage Norvell has over Tee is being the hc of a team, that was already built for success in its league, for two years. I think Tee's SEC experience makes up for that though.
