Hillbillies vs Cajuns

I just got done posting on the swamp people thread and sitting here board I was thinking about the Cajun culture and another unique group in American culture hillbillies. Both cultures had a had In helping
build this country. And in a crazy thought I asked myself who would win a death match between the two cultures!! So here's the low down on the two:

In this corner, the hillbillies!!
Came from Scotland & Ireland
Settled the appallation mountains
Most known for moonshining, creating NASCAR and country music

In this corner, the Cajuns!!
Came from France/Canada
Settled the swamps of Louisiana
Most known for gator hunting, crawfish boils & gumbo, and mardi gras.

Who do you think will win? Let the great culture clash begin!!
