Century Plaza Hyatt Regency Los Angeles is $5G per day.
Add three adjoining rooms, say same at $5G. Meals, steno, 1st class round trip air & ground transportation for staff, $5G

Total $275,000 +/- per engagement.

Knowing she blows harder than Lewdinski ... priceless!

Additionally, the host also had to pay “a flat fee of $1000” for a stenographer to create “an immediate transcript of Secretary Clinton’s remarks.” The contract adds, however, “We will be unable to share a copy of the transcript following the event.”

This is whats wrong with journalism today. Things get thrown into the pot that have no business being there. They are not germaine to the story, and often are intended to confuse or mislead.

No one bought HiLIARly The Political Whore a $40 million jet.

The sentence: {Depending on its outfitting, the Gulfstream jet, which costs upwards of $40 million, can seat 19 passengers and “sleeps up to six.” } can mislead into believing the jet was bought for her. She's basically getting an "Uber Air Taxi"...a jet hired to take her and her immediate staff to and from her speaking engagement. All perfectly what they all do. I knew a PhD CGI consulting engineer 25 years ago did the same and billed staff, all costs, and $6G per hr. for himself with a minimum 16 hr billing. $48,000 for two days work. Cheap and pocket change compared to political speakers.

While SCV isn't entirely correct, part of it is true. Trump paid for said airplane while Hillary makes that demand of her "clients."

You know, for someone who claims not to like Hillary and has said you aren't going to vote for her, you do spend an inordinate amount of time defending her on here.

Part and parcel of my actual interest in exposing bad arguments and illogic, which are rampant on the right these days.

I don't have to be a fan of hers to call out the far right on their hackery, no more than you have to be a fan of Trump to bash what you believe are unfair claims by the left.

But answer me this. And answer it without reaching for the "But Trump!" nonsense. Do you think her "requirements" are over the top or not?

No partisan hackery, no comparisons; just a straight answer yes or no.

I do not think they are over the top. Surprised?

I'm a firm believer in "you're worth what someone will pay". So I can't fault her for getting all she can get if someone is willing to pay it.

Now, is there some quid pro quo going on, without a doubt because nobody is paying that JUST to hear her speak.

With me, it goes back to the way she has taken on the royalty persona. I've heard stories when she was Sec State of the way she demanded to be treated.

Now I will agree that the ones more foolish are the ones that are giving in to such demands. But nobody is worth that in my opinion.
