Freak has been busy on here the past few days and starting some GREAT threads, so taking up the mantle and getting this going this week...appreciate you @Freak !!!!

It's hard to get back into it after a tough loss and a bye, but our men have a lot left in front of them still.

Y'all know the drill...
Who's going?
If you're not, whats on the menu?
What's happening tonight?
Anyone watching other games this week?

As for me, I'm sitting at the VFW sharing a few with my 2nd Dad...80 year old Vietnam Air Force Vet.

Got a couple farm things to do in the morning. The wife is putting on some loaded potato soup for game time. Got a few friends coming over to sit around a nice fire and visit while Mike Keith is on in the background.

Hope for a clean, injury free game where the young guys see more action...GO VOLS !!!

Since the great calamity of our time, the YouTube-Disney Wars, rages on, I will be doing things around the house and yard while attempting to feign interest in the Big10 football playing in the background.

Might be an old school kind of night listening to Mike Keith on an actual radio while hanging out on the porch drinking coffee.

I'm with you there...about over all the media giants squabbling over the billion dollar pie.

Due to local interest, I'll probably have the IU game on the radio while doing chores.
If for nothing else, I highly encourage anyone to stream the IU Radio network once to listen to Don Fischer...true gold !!!

Not to be Debbie Downer, but everyone in the house (except me) has the stomach flu. I am just waiting for it to hit me right before the game. Watching Clemson - Louisville tonight.
Well, you should be able to watch on your phone while you’re sitting on the throne.

Well I just received an email and they worked out a deal, so the wars have finally ended. SEC football is back on my menu.

Gave away my 3 tickets and parking pass this week to some friends. Staying at home to do yard work & chop leaves. The weather is going to be too perfect not to be working outside. Then I’m gonna make some of my homemade “Smokey Gumbo” and cornbread and watch college football.

I made up Smokey Gumbo. I’ll smoke some chicken and a pork butt one weekend. We’ll eat what we can for supper and freeze the remaining chicken and pulled pork. Then I’ll take the smoked chicken carcass/skin/bones and simmer it to make a Smokey broth, which I then freeze. When it’s time to make the Smokey gumbo, I’ll thaw the Smokey broth, chicken, and pulled pork to make the gumbo (along with some andouille). We love it.

Just getting in from work, drinking this 6 pack, eating a samish. Sleeping all day and watching @Freak replay this evening. Not sure if I worsh my butt in between.
My Lawrence County grandparents said “worsh.” Always thought it was funny that certain parts of the south had that in common with people from Boston.
