Except we are Purple! I'm 33 and as long as I can remember that's what our helmets have looked like with some differing styles some years on the spear. One year a coach just had a plain gold helmet then another year a coach went with a block style "S" and the last two years we have had a dark purple helmet with a version of the old San Diego State logo seen here.

but for some reason they didn't put a border around it :ermm: so all you saw unless you were real close was "C" on the helmet.

Yeah I really hope we get him. I'd love to see an OTHS grad playing at UT. His head coach was my defensive coordinator and he always spoke highly of UT, so I'm hopeful.

I know of at least 4 people from that school that went to UT including myself. None of us were 4 star defensive ends though haha.

Every school that I've seen has the same colors and logo scheme. Gallitin, Summerville SC, and Fallon NV. It's wierd.

2013... some kind of weird mash up between an Alabama helmet and Army helmet- a camouflaged rendering of the number and helmet stripe...

This is the latest 'logo' seen on apparel. Looks like a dude with a mullet.....
