Bring Calvin Short out of retirement. Remember the "G" Factor.

He was a good coach. However the G factor now stands for Gangsta.

We should bring in coaches straight out of highschool. Guys who want to win

Really? You need to check out UNT(only been Div 1 for a few years). New head coach this year with a 2 - 11 season. Came from a local high school where he had a record of 79 - 1 and four state championships in five years. The Mean Green......not so mean this year.

I think Quarles could be a nice WR coach. I don't know if he would take the job though. He really loves Maryville.

I'm guessing that if he had the option of traveling about 14 miles or so up the road to make potentially $200k or so as a position coach at UT or coach the Rebels, he would leave with a dust trail behind him in Maryville.

$200k isn't a huge amount to quarles..he makes 150k at Maryville and has more job security than he would as a new college coach.
