Highly Ticked Off at what I heard about Media Days

I heard that at Media days, everybody was harassing the Vols and everyone said that they were merely a joke this year, and the Vols would finish dead last. WTF???? God dang, I am freiken sorry that Kentucky, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Georgia are better than us, yeah right, them guys that said this at media days need to get off the crack and come back to reality. Tennessee continually gets thrashed for no apparent reason. I mean it sure is a ballsy move to say Joe Cox is a second place in the east quarterback, I nearly pissed my pants laughing at that one, can someone please tell me what in the sam hell is going on?

We are not getting any respect and most of it is due to our 5-7 record last and we are returning the smae starting QBs. Another thing is the things CLK has said. Those are the big reasons, IMO that we are getting respect.

Things will have to be proven on the field this year, just like any year. If we can get some wins the respect will come. Until then, expect what we are getting.

pretty sure they said UT would finish 4th in the east not last. And who is the #2 qb in the east?

not dead last. 4th in the east isn't exactly what any of us are expecting, though. was watchin talkin football on css and they were discussing the first time coaches in the sec. mark schlabach or however u spell that jackasses name was the only one to pick auburn, and his reasoning was ''the tigers aren't going down to gainsville and losing 70-0 like the vols are''. what a crock.

Tennessee will finish second in the east, I am tired of all the Joe Cox sniffers, Joe Cox sucks, UGA is gonna get rocked at Oklahoma State first game of the year

I, for one, am going to look forward to seeing our team progress over the next few years. Let's face it...it's been quite awhile since we have put fear in anybody. There is a nervousness in fans of other teams because of what they see happening to us...we're coming out of a fog with a sense of direction and purpose. Quiet confidence and doing the talking on the field....that's what I want!!

that really has more to do with it than anything. Arky went 5-7 and people are expecting them to bounce back decently enough. Auburn went 5-7 and they arent harassed. We arent better than UGA yet but we should be able to beat USCjr. Im not saying it will happen but people arent even giving us a chance against them. for real? its USCjr. please, when people get excited about a 7-5 year they do not deserve respect. thats why Vandy, UK, and USCjr will always, always, be bottom feeders.

i actually wouldn't be surprised if ut catches some people off guard this year and finishes 2nd in the east. i don't see south carolina finishing ahead of us and georgia won't have that great of a year either.

South Carolina will not be good until Spurrier is out of there. Until then they will always be mediocre at best.

South Carolina was picked 4th in the east for the 7th consecutive year. We is picked 3rd

I actually like it this way, flying under the radar. The "Us against the world" mentally might help us to when some games we aren't supposed too.:crossfingers:

our biggest advantage over UGA is that they play a brutal schedule before the meet us

Spurrier staying or leaving doesn't mean much to them. Mediocre is excellence there. And they have always been excellent.

We are picked 4th and uscjr is picked 3rd.

I think we are going to be much improved over last year just because these kids are not going to let things get bad like last year.

I wouldn't say dead last but 6 losses overall will put you somewhere in the bottom half.
