Last year I started this little thread before some games. Will try to do it every week this year. It's a fun way of posting something that no one seems to be talking about. I call it hidden keys to the game. Whether it's Georgia State or Florida I want to know what are you interested in seeing, or what match up are you interested in watching that NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT. Remember, it is something that you think is important but off the radar.

Mine for this game is Wanya Morris. With Trey Smith coming back many have forgotten that this young man is making his first collegiate start. I am excited to see how he plays out at LT. So, for me, the Hidden Key to the game is the play of Wanya Morris at LT. Chime in and Go Vols!

Would like to see Offensive line domination and then also see 2nd team line domination!
Like to see running game going for gashes consistently.

Followed by a solid d line control of line of scrimmage.

If those occur it means we can compete with most anyone on the schedule!

I want to see DWA heavily involved. Passes to the TE have the ability to be unstoppable and we haven’t been able to do that in a while.

Also want to see more creative route trees for our WR. Tired of tunnel screens and 5 yard outs.

Confident Chaney can deliver both.

Key to this game....everyone staying healthy, plain and simple

Agreed. Also, I want to see us bully this team like we're supposed to! I'm sick and tired of playing down to competition like this! I want us to be up by at least 35 at half time so we can start getting our younger players some valuable reps. Our backup QB's especially need to be able to get into this game, and actually run the offense! Not just hand the damn ball off for a couple of series!

I think it's Solomon. I dont think UT is in any danger, but if they don't want to look bad they better figure out the DL.
Totally agree. So I will add Emerson and Butler to this poast. Both have been mentioned quite often as coming on quickly. Butler hype seemed to fade during camp but there he is on the depth chart. Neither have done anything under the lights.

want to see how they use Tyler Byrd...:D

GO BIG ORANGE!!!!!!!!!
I hope Guarantano targets him. He never threw to him in the past. Byrd will ball out if given the chance. I’m sure he will be blocking on the perimeter well as he has always done, but want to see the ball in his hands more as a fan.

I’m excited to see the play calling of Chaney. We bring back so much offensive productivity from last year - let’s see what the new OC has in the tank after his UGA run!

I hope we don't need to see much of what "he has in the tank" until Fla.

These are about all we have been able to use over the past few seasons. Do GOOD OL!!!
