Kiffin is going to run that program into the ground just like he did ours. We are angry but this is a blessing in disguise for our program. People tried to warn our program and we didn't listen. Your program just made a HUGE mistake. You clearly don't see that now but you will in years to come.

yeah kiff sure did run the program in the ground  took a team from 5 to 7 wins oh yeah brought in a top 10 recruiting class was about to bring in another one all of this in 14 months!! yeah he was running it into the ground

In the words of Vince Vaughn, "I hope you trip and knock your two front teeth out, ya selfish sonofab--ch"!

You've been a great poster on here, but even you have to recognize that this circus is just beyond the pale.

Our program will be crippled for 3-5 years. We are now Auburn ca. 1999; LSU under Gerry DiNardo; Clemson under Tommy West; Georgia under Ray Goff.

I can understand the anger guys...I really can. I still wish your program the best of luck..and If you don't mind I would still like to come around every now and then..please..

Feel free to stick around. Some of us aren't all that broken up about it.

USC has a great recruiting class, and who ever they hired had to come on fast because some guys were threatining to de-commit..but the way he went about things was pretty damn low..

i'm with ya...I would hope no one would hate me for going after my dream job or if my dream job came calling after me...I don't understand the riots and all this hatred toward someone who in 14 months changed this program for the better

It's not the leaving for his dream job, it's the in less than a day going "ok i'm leaving; i'm telling everyone including the team right before i go; talk to the media for less than a minute without even sitting down looking like I just wanted to get out of there; i'm taking the whole staff with me; hey recruits come to USC, and awaaaay I go!"

I will just say again, 3 weeks to signing day and yet another year where we are a year behind in building the relationships for next years class.

And after reading some previous posts, maybe not a lot of my fellow Vols fans feel as I do.
Again nothing personal (from my part), but I'm still hoping Kiffin fails.

I've been brought up in a house where I would either love or hate USC. My dad passed his Minnesota Vikings loyalty on to me when but I never jumped on the SC bandwagon. Every saturday growing up during the Carroll dynasty I heard everything about "USC this" and "everyone else is inferior" that. I've just hated SC somewhat for years since I've had my team compared to them with an SC bias, but as of today, I'd put USC and Kiffin on the list with UF and Urban Meyer, somewhere behind Alabama and Nick Satan

The question is...how long does it take Kiffin to lose his staff through attrition and age?
also how long does it take for an NFL team to come calling and offer him another job he doesn't deserve?

yeah it was by him
....and now we've pretty much switched positions. only where you guys were in a conference where you could still be in pac10 competition even with a just ok class, we're now looking at rebuilding get prolonged for by a year or 2 at least and being like south carolina level

i'm just not mad at him. Like some other posters said. it's his dream job. Probably the only one he would have left UT for. Timing sucks yeah, but he had to take it when it was offered to him.

if i was offered my dream job in exchange for screwing over and leaving several players that i coached and recruited i honestly don't think i would do it. that's alot to have on a conscience IMO. it was a dick move on his part and a seemingly big F U to tennessee.

WAS ABOUT to do something. He didn't do it. He royally screwed our program over and if you can't see that there's a problem:no: I will leave out the possible violations we may have thanks to him and the probable ones that we could've had in the future. The guy is a snake and I think there are very few who don't see that. I'm sorry you are apparently one of those few.

he betrayed a countless number of his recruits and players...not to mention along with the entire school and thousands of fans. dream job or not, he still screwed over everyone involved in the football program. he's a douche.

bingo. show him what he's won johnny
