Heupel's MOU

Heupel won life's lottery. I can't say that I blame him considering we threw generational wealth his way. Win lose or draw he has elevated himself and his family into another stratosphere financially. His Great grandkids should be very happy.

I hope he has success unlike any UT coach before him...that would be awesome. But if he doesn't, he'll be fine.

Holy crap

If I read this right they got this guy on a steal.

He has a chance to make money........but this looks like one of the most “structured” HC contracts I’ve seen.

I’m I seeing this right? (Bad eyes cant zoom it in enough).

It's kind of funny that they give him a suite for 16 people, and 12 season tickets in the lower bowl, but still only give him 4 parking passes.

I can’t believe he took this job with a base salary of less than a million more than what he was making.

White must be a huge money guy........heck Butch made more than this.

You nailed it.

You said they wouldn’t “pony up”........

Not saying they didn’t “try”........but they certainly didn’t in the end.

I can not believe Heupel accepted this contract..........knowing what they have paid folks and money supposedly floated around during this search.

He gots the opportunity to make $$......but dang. I’d be like: dude you paid me 1-7 starting out at UCF........I thought we were friends.

And only $10k per month for temporary housing.

He can pay me that 35k and I swear I’ll have my son and son in law move him real good.

(Not real swear....but you know)

heck if he needs I’ll rent him my house for a few months for the 10k.

6 (or 7) years for $24MM (or $28) - That's less than Pruitt was making per year after the extension plus there's an offset provision in this contract.
