Heupel seems to have his act together by comparison .

Ga has gotten better since the season started. That said, if Florida gets the “catch” call reversed late in the 4th, they may have beaten Ga.

Fla will be motivated & their fans fired up Sat night. All this “they’ll quit” talk is stupid.

You are probably correct about them being fired up. However they absolutely quit against KY so who knows which FL team will show up. Our play early could go a long way to determine that. If we can go up by a couple of TD’s early, they just might quit again.

Kirby is a complete clown cheats hand clap time out joke . Kiffin is the most distrusted coach not only in the Sec but the country.
The rest could care less.
Kirby is lucky. Period.

He inherited a top 15 or better program. He recruits at an extremely high level and has top 3 classes since 2018. It’s why they dominate in the 4th quarter…they have four stars three deep.

Todd Monken was an AMAZING OC. Mike Bobo is a buffoon.

Georgias schedule has been incredibly soft during Smarts tenure.

NIL is changing everything. Kirby’s days are numbered. It’s why Saban left. Georgia should have lost to TN. Could have lost to FL. TX played them tight for three.

I think Georgia Tech takes them out in two weeks.

Florida, even in their great years, never played good week after Ga game. They didn’t quit. They never showed up. I’m afraid Vols thinking this is gonna be a walk in the park are very naive

Any supporting evidence? No matter how miniscule in nature..
Remember that one time they beat Alabama? Bama was out John Metchie and John Williams, two five star starters. I guarantee Georgia loses that game and still wouldn’t have a win against Alabama if they had played.

Remember that time TCU ran out of house money and Georgia thumped them for the natty? TCU had no business being in that game.

Remember that one time Tennessee was in field goal range and then got a penalty and then iced their own kicker? Georgia could have easily lost that one.

There’s more. It’s hard to lose when you’re three deep in four and five star talent.

Where’s Jake Fromm State Farm? Practice guy who never played in the league.

Where’s Stetson Bennett the 15th? After winning two nattys hopped up on cocaine, he’s finally out of rehab.

Kirby has zero control of his locker room. He consistently fields a team with the highest arrest rate in NCAA.

Everyone acts like he’s some wizard of a coach. He inherited a great program, has recruited at a high level for multiple years, and he finds success because of the wealth of riches, in spite of himself.

He preaches physical football which still wins.
He mentioned “physicality” in a recent interview. It sounded like his team is more physical in practice than many others, inc. TN.

I’m not at practice but maybe a reason why our D struggled tackling and getting off blocks this yr was the lack of physical practices. Even the O line seemed to get pushed around @ times.

There must be a balance to limit injuries.

It really is all luck if you think about it.

College football is a mix of equal parts:

- recruiting
- player development
- in game coaching

Saban mastered all three. It’s what made him the goat.

Heupel has development. He’s easily make lemonade from lemons, NIL has helped in recruiting. He needs to grow as a game manager, he starts great on script, but tends to struggle under late game pressure.

Spurrier was a master at in game coaching. Better than Saban by a lot.

Kirby survives on recruiting. He develops defense fabulously, but struggles developing offense players, especially QBs. His in game coaching is mid, too. He makes a lot of dumb decisions, which is easily overcome by his talent pool.

I have a question for anyone in the know, who is our current strength@conditioning coach. I looked at 2025 complete staff and did not see one.
