The statement on negativity speaks VOLumes about CJH’s perspective and RESPECT for The University of Tennessee football program.
He is definitely a man comfortable in his own skin.

In the end I am going to be curious to see if the Transfer-Ins wind up helping us more and making us a better team than the Transfer-Outs. Certainly there was a bit of panic when all the transfers began but now we are seeing the reversal.
All other things being equal, I feel better having kids who want to be here over kids who want to be somewhere else

"More accountability" requested by the players. Interesting.

Honestly, he seems like the exact opposite of Pruitt, and he doesn't do the "coach speak" in interviews like both Pruitt and Jones did. Seems like a genuine and likable guy.

The references to accountability are interesting to me. No insider here but seems like maybe only certain players were held accountable under Pruitt. Maybe if you were one of his "stars" you could do whatever?

Is this OutKick, as in Clay Travis’s OutKick?

When we hired Heupel, Clay said that is likely the end of his Tennessee fanhood.

I hope you’re right, but plenty of people were praising Pruitt before he had coached a game. I think the consensus even was he didn’t do the coach speak like Butch.

I’m going to hold out to see some of his product on the gridiron.
