Maybe if Milton was even slightly a leader, the rest of the team would be elevated. A team flows through the quarterback and the defensive captain. Mostly the QB. We lack a leader in both spots. Milton is smug. Gets up smiling and jawing after any of the few decent runs he makes. Even when the team is getting its @ss kicked. That’s no leader.
