He's not been a coach in 9 years. What are they thinking? And his winning percentage is only .422. Be better off with Butch. Plus he had a cush job. Why does he want to get back into college coaching?

I love Herm, but he hasn't coached in college since 1989.

And the man is 63 years old.

He'll be 64 years old when the 2018 season kicks off.

Are there other coaches out there that old? Yes.

But, not as new hires.

Wow, totally forgot about him. Just goes to show you if you really peel the onion back, there's guys out there. I'd be great with him.
