TN 2008 stats through Auburn:

Offense:
Points per game: rated 197th in NCAA (19.3 points per)
Total Yards: 149th in NCAA (340 yards per)
Rush Yards: 83rd in the country
Pass Yards: 177 in the country
Crompton: 56%, 591 yards, 2 TD's and 4 INT's
NCAA leader is 65% with 1920 yards!

Defense:
Yards per game: 55th in NCAA (18.5 points per)
Total Yards: 23rd in NCAA
Rush Yards: 47th in NCAA
Pass Yards: 46th in NCAA
Granted with an offense like we have I don't expect the D to have great numbers. However compared to the offense their numbers are great. If it was 10 years ago, we would be complaining about how bad the D's numbers are.

Oh, how we have fallen!

Crompton has completed 56% of his passes? Wow. I must have dozed off during some of those.

Not so fast....I don't think Phil has burned the oil over the Auburn game film yet, so we cannot just assume there is a trend here that will carry over into the next game.:search:

See above link to Fox Sports on MSN. This is where I got the information. Emory and Henry is probably in front of us by now.
