Who is to say Rex didn't PM FXVOL and say "can I post this on VN?" It is his information, as you said.

If it's a pay site and it's information that they admins, writers for VQ provide... that's one thing. Since this was information generated by a paying member of the forum and not a paid article... it's fair game.

FXVOL should still get a cut since you're so adamant about making everything fair and giving everyone their financial cut for generating content.

99% of the time it is no big deal. People do it occasionally and it probably has very little to no impact (it may even generate interest if folks knew where the information came from), but when someone does it repeatedly it crosses the line IMO.

This will be my last posting on this topic because I want to start focusing my energy on the butt kicking we are about to apply to the gaturds.
