Here is what we need to do as a program.

#1 - Purge and sanitize our university from all vermin ex-Gators (Cheek) and ex-Bammers/Sabanites (Hart, Dooley, Sunseri, etc.) Somebody call the freakin' exterminator (Gov. Haslam) to rid us of these cockroaches that are preventing us from getting better.

#2 - Our big time donors, who are getting rebuffed by this UT administration on making the necessary coaching changes, need to withhold every single freakin' dollar in contributions until we as a fan base get what we deserve, a commitment to winning and excellence. Apparently, we are not being allowed to move forward and get a decent coach like Gruden because of our imbecile administration.

This crap has to stop and it has to stop NOW !!!!!

Can we have a talk about how uneducated it looks to judge administrative performance based on like or dislike for the football teams at the schools the previously attended or worked? It's got to stop.

Well it is these freakin' morons in our administration that are currently preventing us from doing what is necessary to be come a top program again. I despise them for that alone, but I despise them even more, because the rock the crawled out from in under was Florida or Bama.

Bottom line is they need to be shown the door PRONTO !!!

I agree. Our AD and admin can come from anywhere else in the country, but not from our biggest rivals. The fact that Doolander is still coach this morning shows a hidden agenda by these jokers to keep UT football in the s***hole it is in.

we NEED VOL alumni as coaches on this football team!! Maybe the HC could come from another big time school but it better NOT be from FL or AL or UGA...but yeah all this vermin is ruining our program and driving it into the ground...if this standard continues then fans will stop coming to the games; Neyland will be empty every weekend and then SOMETHING will have to change....fire the AD, and change a s^%$ton of things in the athletic dept and school as a whole.....

It's a business.. They're not going to fail on purpose. Even if they don't have passion for Orange and white , they have passion for green. Getting fired doesn't bring that in.

It is a fact that our current administration Cheek and Hart, are preventing our big money guys from doing what is necessary to attempt to fix the program, which is fire Dudley Doolittle and his merry band of Morons, and go get a proven winning coach who can recruit.

So tell us just exactly how it is nonsense that we shouldn't clean house of Cheek, Hart, Doolittle, Sunseri, and the whole sorry ass bunch ?

Do you still do bomb drills cuz you think the Soviet Union could attack at any time? Cuz you seem like you do! Haha nobody is gonna fail at their job because they secretly want the university to fail. That's just stupid. If they did that then they would never e hired by another school to run the athletic or academic departments. This is real life, they are grown ups and are not destroying this university because of some "Alabama/Florida hidden agenda" good grief people take the tin foil off you're heads

That's not my point. My point is that Cheek and Hart are currently preventing the $$$$ guys from doing what needs to be done immediately (fire Doolittle), for whatever reason. I'm not saying that they are doing it BECAUSE they are Gators and Bammers, but they are doing it, and for that reason they need to be shown the door NOW. It only pisses me off more however because Cheek is a freakin Gator and Hart is a freakin' Bammer !!! If they were part of the solution and not part of the problem, then I would want them to stay. That is not the case.

Exactly which "big money guys" confided in you that Cheek and/or Hart are preventing them from doing a damned thing. At no time has anyone associated with the University of Tennessee ever refused money from me and I don't see them doing it to anyone else. You can believe the rumors and the self-serving media hype or you can consider facts.

Why would any coach want to come to a school where you have nothing but Bickering fans Criticizing your every move? Constant rumors and allegations like a bunch of women in a hair salon!!! No one!

For that reason this University will never be able to hire a big time coach simply because the word is out and truthfully no coach wants to put up with the Bullshat that comes with the job at Tennessee! The only coaches that will give it a try are coaches that want to try and build their name. The key word there is TRY. But hey how can you be successful when recruits won't come here due to negative message boards and the possibility of another coaching change. That is sad folks! Sad!

Recruiting: We are losing recruits every year to these message boards and all the negative talk week in and week out,,,,,,, it's killing us. What is really funny about that is it seems most fans are under the belief that recruits live in caves and thus have no internet connectivity. I am exaggerating of course but anyone who is naive enough to believe that recruits don't read these boards is well,,,,stupid! I apologize if that applies to you but if the shoe fits,,,,,you know?

Sorry for being so blunt but I am convinced gossiping negative fans are contributing to the ruination of this team. I see it every year in our recruiting! In our Coach Hiring! I mean every time we try to get a big time coach I see them turning down this job! Doesn't anyone wonder Why? We have some of the best facilities in the nation, the Academics is top notch, the University's location is in a beautiful area, we are in the SEC, the university leadership is committed to winning and we have some of the deepest tradition in the country. So again, I ask why is there no big time Coaches wanting to Coach at Tennessee!

Simple: Constant Negative FAN Base!

Don't get me wrong, I am just like everyone else when it comes to being upset with the coaching and how the team is playing right now. But I sure as heck don't get on here every chance i get and talk crap about the coaches and players. It is a matter of respect for the school, coaches, players and does nothing to make this team better.

Fine, Doolander, you and the other tater salad tailgater society members enjoy sitting in the stadium next year with 30K of your fellow Doolanders while watching your loser hero lead us to another stellar 5-7 record and getting our ass beat to death against every team that matters.

It's unbelievable the freakin' stupid loser mentality of some of our fan base !!!

I don't think there is an elaborate scheme to keep UT down. That's nonsense.

I do belive Jimmy Cheek is bad at his job.
I do believe Dave Hart has been stepping in it since he got here and is gun shy.
I do believe That CDD is a horrible coach, leader and every day we don't fire him is a day wasted.

OK, I know I may sound a little unhinged, but I really wonder if Hart kicks back with his feet on his desk with a big cigar, on a conf call with Saban, Cheek and Foley, all of them laughing uncontrollably about keeping "their man" on the UT sidelines!!

That's all I'm saying.

It just chaps me even more however, knowing that the crappy people we have running the show and keeping us in the freakin' dumper come from our biggest rivals.

That's why the money folks should insist on cleaning house fully with all of them. Money talks.

OK mr OP....Please list the names of Tennessee grads that would be 100% qualified to fill all the positions you want them fired from.

Please don't say Fulmer for the AD position because he isn't even close to being qualified to run a multi-Million dollar business and he's proven he can't fire people that deserve to be fired.

I look forward to seeing your list of names of UT grads qualified to fill each position.
