I always thought he was better at hosting a Gameday kind of show than the actual pbp broadcast. And I actually think Rece Davis does a better job calling games, especially our games bc even though he’s a Bama grad, he has an appreciation for our history and culture.

He did hustle. Big time hustle play. It wasn’t derogatory towards UT. They talked a lot about how great the Vols played.
Some people are just looking to be offended.

To be honest what Moore did was impressive ,showed Moore was much faster than Thomas.
And they certainly praised Thomas.

This. They were already feeling sorry for UF at that point. Fowler got on my nerves with his wishful thinking that it could have been a fumble though.

Yeah they didn't seem fired up at all for this game.
Had Florblah won they would've been beside themselves.
Truly sickening! Heavily dislike when they call the game.

Admittedly better than hearing them prattle on about the Tennessee RB that fumbled the ball out of the end zone for a touchback, which we came real close to doing..

Why do you let those guys bother you so much? They're doing a job, no need to tale it personal.

There was so much less chatter in that sequence about Star’s incredible run vs a very average hustle play. Wouldn’t you agree?

I mean they were carrying on about the hustle which is exactly what should be expected! That 50 yard run by Star on 3rd & 17 was better effort by far! Wouldn’t you agree?

Every time Fowler is anywhere near Tennessee, this what I think:

Yes, I vividly recall the 97’ comment, and never will forget it. He spoke that directly from his heart. They also brought up Spurrier last night and “can’t spell citrus without UT” comment. Last I checked Spurrier hasn’t been relevant in college ball in at least 10 years.
