He won’t be playing for the Vols, so who really cares? At this point he’s just another player.

I have a gut feeling that he still might return to UT considering how long it has taken him to come to a decision. Maybe Heupel has been in contact with him. I thought he was a "lock-in" to Ohio State, but that has been weeks in the making and no word. Alabama was supposedly a "shoe-in" 100% transfer, but that's been going on for months. Even if he is not on the Spring Roster anymore he can still come back.... Why not, he's a hell of a player and I wouldn't hesitate in taking him back.

I would. I rather have less talented players that actually give a damn about Tennessee

I wouldn’t hold you breath waiting on him to come back. My guess is that Bama is where he wants to go but the SEC still blocks in conference underclassmen from being immediately available. I think he is trying to wait and see if that rule changes. If so he jumps to Bama. If not he goes to Ohio State.

They left HT and QC on Spring roster (as Washington and French are still) until recently.

QC is at Michigan, so it makes sense that he's gone from the roster. HT has been removed also. SOMEONE removed him before he committed anywhere else publicly and that's not standard procedure for athletes in the portal.

I'd have no problem if he stayed but I can't imagine he was removed from the roster accidently.

I hope he goes to OSU which will probably be where he goes.

I really don't care that he's transferring, however when he announced it he said "thanks vol nation but this isn't goodbye" or something along those lines may not be the exact wording and I remember saying the hell it ain't if you leave its goodbye in my book

I’m sorry but this is dumb. Players receive illegal gifts and benefits all over the country. I’m not sure if our fans are deluded enough to think other programs don’t do this or naive enough to think we can compete without doing it.

Also some of these kids and their families get real life changing opportunities. NCAA and schools make billions off these kids but the kids and their families shouldn’t make the most of their opportunities?

Why the continued obsession for a player who entered the portal months ago. let him go! Lets focus on who we have that want to be a Vol.
