Henry T officially gone

he was coached terribly at Tennessee yet made a lot of tackles on his own instincts. See what he does with great coaching. many are going to be surprised iMO.

Personally I’d like to never hear or read his name again, but I’m afraid you’ll be correct.

He will do well there I'm sure. Nobody was coached at TN.

I don't think he rises to the level of talent that bama pulls though.

And to see all of our players getting accepted at Bama, Oklahoma, Mich St. etc just shows what a $hit show our last coach was. It was like the gump came in and squatted on the program on purpose. I hope we put 50 on bama next year.

You must mean 50 yards of total offense yards.

He's going to Bama...
Not OU, or Clemson, or Ohio State...but Alabama. Tennessee's first and most prominent rival. He was supposed to help turn the tide against them...but he goes and joins them.

If he stays healthy, financially he made a great choice!! Ethically, this is the deepest type of betrayal a player can make. He will have the worst game of his career next 3rd Saturday in October. Guarantee it...

He could have went to USC or Oregon and I could have cheered for him...but Alabama.
Really Henry To'oto'o?
Kinda like Brandon Kennedy?

I don't understand the hate. He played well as a freshman and then Pruitt decided to have two underqualified guys coach LBs. Put another way, Pruitt was the only P5 coach who thought that Shelton Felton deserved an assistant gig. With incompetent coaching, Henry T. regressed and he made a business decision.

I just hope daddy hasn't talked him into making a mistake where he will be buried on the bench.
I hold no grudge, that's just the way the cookie crumbles,

We only hate it when they leave. We're cool with Cade Mayes and others bailing on their original commitments

Henry's rolling the dice. Maybe he gets developed into a good player. If he doesn't he can still go the UDFA route just like he would have if he stayed

And you problem is?

Why are people so upset with a young man who is getting away from a toxic environment?
It’s unfortunate what Pruitt did to this program, but this is our reality.
I wish him well.

Because he can get away from a toxic environment at 128 other places than Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I know the kid is 20-21, whatever , but **** that. He has no loyalty. You don’t do that to your teammates and friends who you’ve bled with over the past few years

Cognitive dissonance. Learn it. Live it. Love it.

Is a player transferring to Bama a bigger betrayal than a HC trusting a kid's development to Felton and Nieds?

This post is hypocritical....several years ago the same happened in reverse, Alvin Kamara transferred here from Alabama yet there was no problem there...let's hope To'o To'o the best!

Kamara was a 4th string at Bama and got on Saban’s bad side so he transferred to a juco for a year before going to UT. If Kamara had been a productive starter at Bama for 2 seasons then transferred straight to UT then yea I would have questioned it.

Cade Mays is a better comparison but even then his dad had been a star player at UT and his little brother was on the team before he decided to switch schools. I don’t know of any relationship between To’o To’o and Bama other than Pruitt probably had recruited him there. I’m guessing Pruitt probably talked up Bama a lot while he was our coach, similar to how Kiffin talked up USC when he was here.
