Detroit went and brought in a retired player that was coaching Highschool or something instead of rolling with what they got and see if Hooker could be the next Brock Purdy.
I like Hooker but when I read other sport forums he doesn't get mentioned even for trade deals. He'll probably be a journeyman back up QB and nothing wrong with that and getting paid

Yeah Joe won a meaningless game against a team that sat all their starters, a win that was actually a net negative for his team and knocked them out of the number 1 pick, which is a very Joe Milton thing to do. Look great against scrubs and win when losing would be better.

Hooker probably won’t get much of a chance, I’m not disputing that, but I know 100% for a fact that he is better than Joe Milton. Doesn’t even mean Hooker is good enough to play in the NFL, but in no world should Joe Milton get a chance over him if actually playing football means anything.

Bills didn't sit all their starters. Some played, some of the rotation guys played, eventually it got down to the lesser guys
Blame the coach. Don't blame Joe. Coach didn't have to play him.
