OK, I will try to keep this short. I have had for some time a pennant signed by coach Fulmer. At the O&W game I got coach Kiffin to sign one for me. Recently my wife had a friend who was at a function with Johnny Majors and she got him to sign one for me and gave it to me for our anniversary. They are individually framed, I am trying to put together an awesome UT man room so my question to my fellow Vol brothers and sisters is this. There are two surviving past head coaches that I would like to send a pennant to for them to sign, Doug Dickey and Bill Battle. Does anyone know how I could get in touch with them? Address, email any info would be appreciated.

Sounds like it is going to be a great Vol collection. Good luck on putting it together.

Dude, John Ward never coached a game that I'm aware of but any Vol collection without him is incomplete. Luckily I met him at the O & W and added him to mine!! He told us old game stories for 30 or 40 minutes, a true Vol and a gentleman. If you don't have him, get him, he was looking pretty old!

I also met John Ward at the O & W game and was lucky enough to get an autograph and a pic with him...He is in a class of his own.

He put "Give him six" on the bill of my Tennessee hat. Something i will treasure for the rest of my life.

Man the only advice I can give on contacting him is get into the Skyboxes any way you can! We were fortunate enough to walk out of the elevator and there he was, word of advice though, he will ask you to remove your hat if you take a pic. Heck, I would've stripped naked if he asked! I have two or three items he wrote "Give him six!" on and signed. I met David Leaverton that day as well, not that he is a legend but I did get to try on his National Championship ring...without a doubt my best day ever as a Vol fan!!

well, seeing that we are on kinda the same subject.... anyone know how to get a game jersey of a player? my name is wes brown so i have followed his career the 5 years he has been here and would love to get my hands on one. I actually met some of his family that was vacationing on the beach earlier this year but doubt anything will come of that..... any suggestions?
