Helmet Stickers

When reading about our new kicker in the knoxnews article it mentioned his coach gave them helmet stickers. What if the big O give out little power T helmet stickers like the OSU Buckeyes do. It's a novel approach but hey; what the hey! What do you all think?

When I was younger, I thought stickers on helmets were kinda cool. Now, I think they're kind of tacky. I prefer staying classic. If it ain't broke, why fix it?

Helmet stickers look dumb. Plus, every player for UGA and Ohio State has 90,000 of the damn things on their helmet. I can here them now explaining what each one if for.

"This one is for putting on my cleats. This one is for brushing my teeth. This sticker is for getting the brushing teeth sticker."

If it was part of our longstanding tradition obviously we could pull it off, but starting it this year would just make our helmets look cluttered and take away from the trademark "simple" style our unis have. :twocents:

I'm sure he meant putting them on their practice helmets

not only would it ruin the clean look of the helmet, what symbol would you put on there? the other schools have mascot or alternate team related images they use (buckeyes, dog bones, spears). i wouldn't think a smokey face or musket would look that great.
