Wow JH was very not good this year, but he somehow made 1st team? Need to remind the coaches EB was #14 and JH was #33 :)

Wrapping some arms around the ball carrier every now and then might be nice.

Why, you think Heffney displays good tackling form?

And leading with a shoulder stops the wrap up how?

Hefney didn't display great tackling at all this season. But to say "lead with the arms" is stupid too. Arm tackles are worse than bouncing off a shoulder.

I see your point, it was just poorly worded.

Or poorly read and understood since I said nothing about leading with the arms.

You still hit shoulders/head first.

IMO it's easier to wrap up if you lead with your facemask/helmet instead of your shoulder. The key is getting lower then the person your hitting/tackling. Otherwise you could get knocked on your butt.

I wouldn't take Hefney or Steltz over Berry, even if Berry had no upside.

I'd take Steltz over Berry this year. Berry will be better than Steltz his Jr or Sr year, but you can't deny the monster that a healthy Steltz is in the back field. His hits are brutal.

Steltz hits hard, but can't do anything else as well as Berry. I wouldn't trade Berry even, right now, for Steltz if there were only one more game to be played ever.
